    There is a Functional Nutrition sized gap in our healthcare system. Conventional care treats symptoms without looking at the body as a whole and rarely taking in to account who a person is, their genes, what their life is like, and how it all affects the physiology of their body.

    Functional Nutrition acknowledges the symptoms but the focus is downstream, looking for root causes and then addressing the terrain those roots are growing from.  The answers and the needed support will be different for everyone - this is why generic, media led protocols are unlikely to work (no matter what your favorite influencer might say!) We do not subscribe to any one diet regimen, the goal is to have our clients eating as varied and nutritious a diet as possible.
